Getting a Lakenvelder rooster, need info...

Everything I have read on here pertains to the hens and how terrible they are. I am getting a hatchling rooster to put out with my older hens. Any info I can find on roosters says they are docile towards their people, but are good at keeping their hens in line.
Any personal info on owning a Lakenvelder rooster?
