I am JG Charlie,
My family and I Raised and showed chickens in 4H and open shows, mainly raised Jersy Giants but had several other varieties. Flock was wiped out one night as the coop door was not closed, I was not home at the time. I had over 100 free range chickens and they would all come when I yelled HHHHHHEEEERRRRRREEEEEE CHICK_CHICK_CHICK. We also used to hatch our own and watch them grow up to become our pets. My Daughter is the one who is getting me back into chickens.
