Getting nervous.

So I'm on day 21, of my first time hatching. I only have seven eggs in my little incubator. I believe one has picked (photo below) no changes in 14 hours! Nothing with the other eggs yet. How long do I keep them in the incubator before I know for certain something is wrong?

And that's just a PIP the other line is just a scratch on the inside of the incubator window

They can take a good 24 hours after pip before they progress to zip. If the beak is at the pip I wouldn't worry until the 24 hour mark.
