Getting new chickies from feed store tomorrow

it's at sam's pet feed downtown, & they start selling it at 10 - 11:30. what time do you think i should get there & any tips on how to choose my chickies wisely? i'm planning to get around 4 or 6?

CONGRATS! When you are choosing you're chix, look for alert ones that are very active and running around the pen. I would get there at 9:45 because you want to be first in line. You also want to look for ones with bright clear eyes. Post pictures when you get them!

not sure what kinds im getting because idk what theyre going to have my white leghorns are still young, they aren't very those type of lovable chickens i wanted but they aren't mean!
