Getting some hatching eggs tomorrow!

I built an incubator, and it's been running for quite some time now. I had somewhat of a difficult time finding some hatching eggs to test it out. (Which probably worked out in my favor, I had time to tweak the incubator) I'm picking them up tomorrow! I am super excited & a little bit nervous.
These aren't being shipped, do I need to let them rest before I set them?
Maybe I should begin a hatch-a-long thread? Or join one already in progress, that would be better.
I feel like a kid in a candy store! Too excited not to post about it! Haha

If you're picking them up, theres really no need to let them rest, I suppose. However, if it were me, I'd candle them to check their air cells anyway and probably let them sit out for a few hours.
I understand your excitement. I ordered hatching eggs last week, they should be here within the next couple of days and time is just d-r-a-g-g-i-n-g by. And I've been hatching for a pretty good while

I will find one to join when I return with the eggs. I'm leaving now to get them. Thanks for the reply I wish you lots of luck on your hatch!
I will follow your advice for setting the eggs.
