I just got an LG9200 a few weeks ago. It's super simple to set up, you just have to flip the lid over once you pull it out of the box. I just set my eggs yesterday, but the incubator has been set up for over a week, and I don't have any hot and cold spots. I have five thermometers in there (probably a little overkill), and they all read within 1 degree of each other, which is exactly what they read at room temperature. I've heard that it helps if you set the incubator up in a draft free corner that doesn't get direct sunlight in a room that stays a pretty constant temperature. And pretty much everyone recommends setting the incubator up for several days before you set any eggs so you can work out the temperature differences and humidity. Good luck!
