Getting them out to the coop..

I have 7 chicks 4 are about 4 weeks old and 3 are only 4 days old. Now I know I got to keep the little ones inside under a heat lamp for a while, but can I put the other four outside. I have a completed coop but still building the run.. And how do I coop train them?

Im not sure what your weather is there, but I believe you need to keep the chicks under a heat lamp until they are fully feathered, which can be 6-8 weeks.
