Gifted a Hen with a hella Prolapsed vent. Help Please.

Just picked up a hen with a prolapsed vent. I think it happened 2 or 3 days ago.
Im not squeamish. I just have no idea what to do, or if it's too far gone and I should do her the kindness of not prolonging this.

So far she is soaking in a warm bath loosening everything up. Will attach pictures.
