Gingerbread

I have a loaf of gingerbread. Like regular loaf bread. Is it O.K. to feed it to my hens?

For only 3 hens. Like how much? I'm a new chicken mommy, and they are good ladies. Trying to find out also why their egg shells are so thick? Any advice would be great!!

Their egg shells are thick because they're healthy and we'll fed! That's good!
Treats should only be about 10% of what their daily intake is so maybe just an one slice portion ( depending on the pan) a day.
