Girl? Magpie duck

I'm not sure if my magpie duck OzzyTheDuck is a girl he/she is only 21weeks should she be laying?

It's a bit early for her to be laying already, but if she were a male she'd probably have her curled drake feathers by now. So my guess would be she is a female.

Does it quack or is it raspy? I don't see any drake feathers so I will go with female. I don't know about when she will lay though.
