Girls are in the coop

My chickies are out in the coop for first time tonight.
I miss them so bad... I miss their soft peeps...
I know it's time, they are 6.5weeks old now.
But...

Mine are a little over 5 weeks and they are out tongiht too the first time. I expect a sleepless night for me. They are all huddled near the door.

It's hard I know, my fave girl went out about a week ago. The 1st night stinks, but it gets better each morning when you get up and find out she is just fine.

Just checked them. They are fine.
Eating and drinking.
I was worry about that might have thunder storm but didn't happen.

I'm the one having hard night, I guess.
Hopefully it will pass...

Just transferred my crew to the garage with the ducks and horse. So far, they don't seem to mind at all. HOWEVER, I must get through the first night (tonight).

Anyway. it is a safe place with no critter problems and a descent temperature and weather proof.
