Give away a rooster Silkie Chicken

We hatched a bunch of eggs 8 months ago and one of them is a rooster. We can't keep him any longer due to neighbor compliant. He is very friendly, we raised almost as a pet.

I live in Miami Shore area, please let me know if someone would welcome him.
