Giving chicks a new water dish?

Hey guys, about a week and a half ago some chicks came into my possession. Now, a new shipment has arrived and I need to give the younger chicks the water dispenser. Is there anything I can do to ensure the older chicks will use their new bowl, or will they figure it out on their own?

They figure it out. You have to give them bigger ones as they grow anyway. The only time you would need to teach them would be introducing something way different, like a nipple waterer. Congrats on the new babies!
