I only have 3 hens and really can't eat all the eggs......so i scramble them and put them back into
the system.....anyone else do the same?

I don't even cook mine, I crack and toss, they are like a pack of wolves, I make sure they splat, and don't resemble eggs, so no comments about turning them into egg eaters because I've been doing this for years.

I boil the eggs and feed them back to the chickens and ducks. They love them.

2X, When I have too many eggs, I hard boil them and feed them to my baby chicks and teenage chicks. The chicks find it easier to eat if I crumble the eggs. The older chicks like the egg sliced. I use one of my DW egg slicer and cut them twice, looks like small egg French fries. They love cooked eggs.

I eat only the yolks, it is where all the micronutrients are, and also they digest immediately. The white has gut irritating toxins (avidin) and is pure protein. You can serve the whites boiled and minced, but it will also become more digestible if it is mixed in fermented feed for a day.
