Giving eggs to a Youth House?

I want to be able to give eggs to a youth house just down the road for me, they said all the things that they eat have to be tested. To raise and sell chicks and eggs in a store what or who would I need to contact to have the hens tested?

Check with your local Cooperative Extension. I bet they can send you in the right direction or look up your State Ag Dept online and get a number to call
