Globe wattage

What is the correct globe wattage to incubate quail and bantam eggs. I have tried many different globes and can't seem to get the correct one. Any help would be appreciated I am using a large plastic tub home made incubator with an inbuilt fan.

A globe? Like a light bulb? Whatever one gets the air temp at 99.5 degrees fahrenheit. Make sure you're checking the temp with a calibrated thermometer. Can you post a pic of the incubator?

I live in Western Australia and it's winter. The temp is around 18-20 degree celsius.
