So my mom bought this really weird brown, kinda sweet, Norwegian goat cheese and now we have no idea what to eat it with. It has a weird unpronounceable name. Anyway, any of the goat people on here know what this cheese is and how it should be eaten? Lol.

I love sweeter goat cheeses melted over roasts/steaks, and nuttier tasting ones with fruit.

Mix in some chocolate, add some strawberries and bake it in the oven until the chocolate melts. Delicious truffles.

Also it goes well with some nice crackers or on bagels.

nothing goes better with cheese then other species of cheese xD

what does goat cheese taste like in comparison to...cow..cheese

I tried goat cheese YEARS ago when I was little, but believe it or not, I can't remember what it tasted like

Its different because it is boiled/carmelized goat whey and cream. Google "brunost". Most commonly eaten on crackers.
