Goat rookie who needs some help

I just bought two pigmy goat from a local flea market. I was wondering if anyone could tell me approx. how old they are by my profile pic. And also. One of them is drinking well from a bottle but other one is not. She gave me the bottle she said she had been using. She said both were eating good. He does chew on a little grass when outside. And he's drinking water. Can anyone help me?

Hi, and Welcome! It hard to see them in the pic. If you can stand them next to something, a soda can say, it would for reference.
Try a little sugar or corn syrup on the bottle nipple, sometimes it helps.
