Goats in town laws. HELP!

I like in Dallas, Oregon right now but am moving to the out skirts soon. We want goats and we can get a great deal on them now but we aren't moving for another 1 1/2. I was wondering if you guys could help me find any laws/ordinances about keeping goats in town. We have a large back yard right now to keep them in temporarly and our current landlord doesn't care.
