Going for the coon tonight

A coon got in my new coop and killed a SLW. I know where it got in and I'm going to ambush it tonight. I also have cat food bowls in the center of the barn and I will be ready to shoot if they appear there too.

Raccoons can be a problem can't they. I support your efforts to control them.

I haven't got anything. I'm setting my alarm to 2 a.m. (mountain time) and I'll try then. I just hope I'll be awake then.

good luck .. I just got a raccoon problem last night a coon pulled one of my chicks through a fox pen and once they know there is food there they will keep coming and coming .. its a good thing im moving and again good luck and I hope they don't get anymore of your birds
