This is my first time incubating eggs. Tomorrow is day 18. I am using a Little Giant still air incubator. How do I go into lock down without loosing all the heat in the incubator? I have to remove the top, remove the eggs from the turner, place a few paper towels on the wire and I don't know how to do all of this and not loose the temp. and humidity. Can anyone help me?

I have a little giant too and I started doing some stuff around day 16. Then again, I removed the turner mine had at the start and have been manually turning. This is my first batch that made it to lock down. Day 21 is Tuesday.
