Gold Laced, Blue and Splash Orpingtons

I have been looking around trying to find out what color orpingtons I can breed to get Gold laced Orpingtons. I would prefer not to use breeds other than Orpingtons if it's possible. Do I have to start with a gold laced to get a gold laced?

I was also wondering if I have to start with a Blue or splash as a parent to get those colors or if I can use more common colors to get them.
