Gold Laced Polish E. Central NC

I have four, approximately four month old Polish. They appear to be all ??? hens?roosters? cross dressers? Wilson county.

That's disappointing. Several people, including on BYC said they looked like all pullets. Do you know if a sure fire way to tell?
They have no Spurs, or do they come later. I've never had Polish before.
