Gold laced Wyandotte pullet or cockerel

I have three 9 week olds. Are these cockerels or pullets?

1) I think this is a cockerel. He was only one born with a long skinny comb since and is slow to feather.


2) I think this one is a pullet but acts very aggressive pecking me and the others. Already fully feathered but a very thick comb has developed over last few weeks (same as #3 below)...


3) unsure about this one as it has same large thick comb as #2 but is slow to feather.


any ideas? I'm hoping I don't have 3 boys...

From the pictures I’m going to guess that #1 is a cockerel and the other two are pullets.

Wyandottes have rose comb so nuner 1 has to be mix breed

I'm gonna be honest number 2 and 3 look like cockerels to me because my wyandotte pullets are 7 months old and there comes around that big and don't show the rose comb as well as 2 and 3

Does that explain why his comb in #1 is a different size/shape too #2,3 if he is mixed not pure?

They are all same size and colouring except the comb. I think I have all boys too. Thanks for the reply

Full body pics showing the developing feathering pattern and the tail will help a lot. Sometimes a single comb will surface in hatchery GLWs, so number one may still be pure GLW and the single comb neither indicates male/female on its own.

Try putting down something like a watermelon wedge. They will be too distracted eating it to run away from you!

Take a picture of there tail feathers that might make it easier as well
