Golden Buff / White Rocks

I have 2 white rock 2 week olds and one golden buff 2 week old. The rocks are almost twice the size as the buff. The rocks have a lot more feathers than the buff. Is that normal for the breeds?

Hello. Here is a picture of our white rock chicks when they are about two weeks old. Hopefully this will help.

Looks just like my white rocks. The golden buff only has 1" wing feathers and the rest of its body is still fuzz.
