I heard that all golden comet roosters are white and the hems are brown is this true?

golden comets or golden sex links are the result of breeding a Rhode Island Red rooster to a white rock hen.

Edited to say that in the golden comets or golden sex links the females are a cinnamon color with white under feathers and the males are solid white with a possible splash of cinnamon color on the wing.

the reason i asked is because i bout 3 hens and the guy i got them from told me that and i did buy my dad a white and brown rooster.
