Golden Laced Wyandotte - can you tell lacing pattern by chicks pattern

I have two young GLW chicks, 5 weeks or so old and they have quite different patterns already-

Tina has a golden head an shoulders and more gold banding on each feather on her back and wings.
Penny has a much darker over all appearance, darker head, and the gold more centered on each of her feathers.

What should I expect from these two - do their patterns change much as they mature?
Would you expect one of these to have a "better" lacing pattern than the other?

Do any of you have example photos of chicks patterns vs adult pattern.

(I'll try to post some photos of these two soon)

They don't get the real lacing until a bit later on. And the males feather out slightly differently from the females. At that age, they usually look rather streaky, at least mine all did. I've had six SLW and one GLW, but all hatchery stock.

Am I correct in understanding that "hatchery stock" means we're not likely to get very high quality lacing on these sweet little hens?

Do most hatchery gold and silver laced wyandottes have mediocre patterning?
