Please tell me I'm wrong and it's a pullet. 4 weeks old today.

I think it's a little early to be sure, but my hunch is that you are right and it's a cockerel.
Thanks. The more I look at him, the more I see boyface, even though he is so dainty. His comb is still pretty flat but it's pinking up.
 
Thanks! I hope you are right about pullet. It's comb is pink and all the photos I've seen show females with mulberry faces.

Don't worry, it is not unwell. It was just chilling on the plant pot, and then reached forward to catch a fly! They all like gathering up there, having a little sleep and chasing insects.

Roosting for the first time tonight!

I really do want this to be a pullet!! It is my only sebright and I've wanted this breed for years.

I will keep a special eye on him/her though just in case, thanks @Overo Mare

Its a pullet. This is my sebright roo. And sebrights also crow earlier than the vigger breeds. I think all 3 of my sebright roos have crowed by 8 weeks.
