Goldie Hawn (disclaimer: she came with that stupid name) is approximately 3 years old, I've had her for a year, she was dewormed with Febendazole about 9 months ago.
I have 12 hens and 2 roos, no one else is showing any signs of illness. They are caged at night, but free range during the day, their coop has pine shavings on the floor/ground. They eat Nutrena layer crumble, they have a separate feeder of crushed oyster shell always available and access to fresh water at all times.
Her heart rate is about 120 bpm, resp rate about 15 breaths pm. No external parasites, legs and feet normal and healthy. Feathers healthy aside from floofy from not feeling good. Eyes healthy aside from lazy from not feeling good. No nasal discharge, coughing wheezing, congestion, or sneezing. Breath sounds are clear with stethoscope, heart sounds normal. She's only drooping her wings to catch lethargic balance, but she can walk normally, just carefully. No lameness.

I noticed yesterday that she was laying at the edge of the woods when I was putting everyone to bed, so I just scooped her up (not really all that abnormal for her) and took her to the pen. What was abnormal, she didn't get excited about treat time. I pushed her over towards the treats and she started pecking away with everyone else. Today she was out with everyone else, but was lying down when I went to close the pen and treat them.
Comb tips purple, feels a tad lighter weight (possibly just from dehydration tbh), obviously lethargic and not feeling so good, lowered head, and not eating like she should.
I gave her an epsom salt bath to clean her bottom and dual purpose help if it was egg related. I have her in a storage tub with sugar water and layer crumble. She is drinking. Crop not empty, but very little food in it, mostly the water she's drinking.
The only changes are:
1) Environment: It has rained every day for over a week.
2) I made them up a batch of treats from what I bought at the grocery; pearl barley, oregano, cut chilli peppers, sunflower seeds, flax seed, pumpkin seed, split peas, old fashioned oats, ground corn. The whole flock gets about 3 handfuls when I put them to bed, and not every day, I don't go crazy with it. They've maybe been fed that mix 4-5 times, I bought it all on the 1st.

Internal parasites have crossed my mind but she hasn't pooped a large enough sample for me to put under the microscope just yet. I'm waiting.

I'm not panicking, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything with her. I've worked in veterinary, but never with chickens. We do not have a veterinarian nearby that would be worth paying to see a chicken. I do have a couple of vets I'm going to reach out to tomorrow, but I also know experience with a species is worth 10,000 doctorates. Do you guys see anything that stands out? Thank you!

Her crop is emptying, and she is refilling it. I went ahead and treated her for internal parasites and have her on Corid. I scrambled her an egg last night and she ate half of it. Her poop smelled super foul. She is ever so slightly more alert, and I think the purple in her comb is decreasing. I've decided I'll start her on an antibiotic tomorrow if I don't see marked improvement. Dr E and Dr B agree, Dr B not being extremely fluent in chickens.
This girl hasn't laid eggs in a couple of weeks or so, she had stopped laying when I got her (I took her because the people that had her posted on FB that they were going to kill them that day if someone didn't take them because they had quit laying). That's why I dewormed them all, moved their pen, and burned the ground their pen had been on. She started laying again after a few weeks, but stopped again (another hen that came with her too, the same age) somewhere around 3 weeks ago. I assumed it was molt and the heat, but I'm not all that fluent in chickens either. I don't care if she lays (aside from the worry of health issues), she's still my girl, I don't want her sick/suffering, I want her healthy and happy.
They give me to as much as they can, so I'm giving back, that's just how I'm built.
Thank you for bothering to give me some input on her. She's an easy going, sweet ole gal. I can take her in to the vet in town, but I've been there done that, spent $212 to end up diagnosing and treating the chicken myself. Absolutely unrelated to what the vet was treating, and he admitted being clueless. I appreciate that he gave it a go, but it seems a waste of money if he doesn't know anymore than I do.
I went ahead and gave her a calcium citrate tab too!
I'm going to check out the link you post, and thanks again.
