OK I have 16 chicks NOW my mom got them, But i'm planning on getting 45 chicks- 15 bantams, 15 regular sized chickens, and fifteen super-sized chicks. I'm getting a strait run so I can user it for a experiment seeing, if only a few weeks, chick's weight changing can predict the gender if your in doubt. I don't the way to tell 15 of one breed apart. I don't know what breeds I'm getting. I don't know what I'm going to keep 45 chicks in while they are young(I plan to sell them when they are grown) and keep them warm. I don't know where to get fifteen DAY-OLD chicks of a single breed, never mind fifteen of each of three breeds all day old. These are only the things I know i need figure out, HELP ME!!! javascript:insert_text('

If ur doing an expirament, then have them all the same breed, because some weigh more than others as chicks. Also, if your not going to keep then, don't get so many. It's not fair to the chicks.
