Can Ducks eat non-medicated chicken feed? Is that the best thing to feed them? Do feed stores usually carry duck feed?

Yes, non-medicated chicken feed is fine for them. None of the stores in our parts sell duck feed, so it is all I feed my ducks. If you are feeding babies, you will need to supplement with niacin (in the form of brewer's yeast on the food or niacin tablets dissolved in the water--make sure to get your dosage right if you do the latter) or make sure they have lots of forage available. Chicken feed does not contain enough niacin for growing ducklings. But everything else is mostly fine.
