Good meat processing age for guinea fowl?

I'm bumping this instead of posting the same thing. I have probably 20 keets that I can't seem to sell. At what age can I start selling them as meat birds?

I've been wondering about this too. Here's a good source I found (it's more than a meg, so if you're on dialup, look out). Basically it says around 11-14 weeks with a dressed weight of 1-1.5 kilos...2.2 to 3.5 lbs. It's a document called the "French Guinea-Fowl Industry News". They're the same type of guineas, though, just raised in France...there's a picture of a regular pearl in there.
