I am new to this site. I had a question about 4 chicks my hubby picked up with our 25 cornish crosses. Not sure of the breeds. I googled and found this site so thought I would give it a try. We just started with a small amount of layers, barred rocks, next thing you know, this has become a fun hobby for me. Love these chickens! We have hatched our own as well. My youngest daughter loves taking care of them, she is only 7.

Welcome!! Its funny that no one ever tells you how addictive chickens before you get them. I got 5 hens just for fresh eggs and I never thought I would spend so much time just watching them. Right now I have 10 hens and a roo. If you have any questions feel free to ask. We all love chickens here!
