Good day,
I have frequently referenced this website for an exceptionally long time now regarding any inquiries about my chickens. I woke up this morning and after getting situated decided to join.

I have a lot of chickens, I haven't actually counted them. I know more than fourty-ish though.

Buttercup, silver duck winged phoenix bantams, mystic onyxs, red shoulder Yokohama, blue laced red wyandotte, mottled houdan, buff laced polish, buff brahma, salmon faverolles, golden camping, Ancona, blue Andalusian, columbian wyandotte, white giant, speckled Sussex, barred rock, partridge rock, loght brahma, Rhode Island red, black giant and lakenvelders. Ofcourse the various mixed offspring they all produce as well. And yes, I keep a list because people often ask what kind and it's a little hard to keep track of all the breeds, hah.

I also have three dogs, two muscovy ducks and 44 rabbits. Most of them are harlequins/harlequin and cream dargent mixes and four champagne dargents.

I've always loved chickens, not sure why or when it started.

Recently, yesturday as of this post, one of our best roosters passed. Either gapeworm or some respiratory issue; to be determined. It was a sad day, still is, but, I figured I have almost always referenced this website for information regarding anything chicken. I thought maybe one day I could be in a position to share some information to help someone not lose their bestest boy as this website has done for me on more than one occasion.

I hope to have some fun and interesting times here.
