Good morning from Wisconsin ☀️

I'm new to BYC! Just went out to do my morning check on my brood! I have 6 Rhode Island Reds and 6 golden laced Wyandottes that are about 4 weeks old. I live on a 40 acre farm but no longer have cows. My chickens and gardening keep me busy after work and on the weekends!

Thank you! I have had chickens before! Growing up we always had Leghorns that we would raise for meat, but recently (in the past 4 or 5 years) I have gotten interested in raising chickens as pets and for eggs. Last summer a coyote broke into my chicken run and devastated my flock. So this spring I did some revamping and purchased my new chicks about a month ago! I stumbled across this website and already love it!!!
