Glad to meet you, Richard, and welcome back to active membership! I am so sorry about your father. That is a very tough way to lose somebody you love. My husband has Alzheimer's and my father died of some unnamed dementia. It is different for every person as far as I can tell, but very hard on those around them! Sorry about the cats as well, and your lost hens, too. We get so our animals are part of our hearts, as much as family members.
