This could have gone into a couple of categories, I just figured it was more of a general thing.
While I was on the phone with my mom, I saw my neighbor cut his grass and waved at them
In turn, he waved back, and motioned, he wanted to talk with me.
We have lived in the house for several years now, and have a friendly relationship, although we don't talk often.
Come to find out, he let me know that the neighbors next to him had an incident last night: A pack of stray dogs broke into their screened porch and killed their cat. He was worried about my small dogs.
I cannot say how much I appreciate this gesture.
And I promptly let a neighbor on my other side know, as they own a small dog themselves.
