Good places to get fertilzed eggs in RI

I just past day 30 of second hatch, when I know that there were chicks in there but none of them have hatch. The same thing happened last time. I have been using shipped eggs and was wondering if there is a good place in or close to RI. It also might be my incubator which is home made but any advise for hatch would be great. Thanks!

Check out the -where am I where are you- section of the forum. You can probably find other chicken owners in your state there. Sometimes you can find eggs on Craigslist too.
Do you have a good thermometer and hydrometer for your incubator (just to confirm that is not the problem).
