good quail?

I think as long as they have shade in the summer, and dry and out of the wind in the winter. You'll do well with most quail... You may have to think about a light in the coldest nights of winter, but you'll have to keep water thaw'd anyway...Getcha some!!! Bill

Edit to add: I would get the birds I liked best! Coturnix are easiest, but bobs aren't too bad if you'v paid attention in class here...

You might also need a permit to raise bobwhites in MN. You do in Michigan, if you want to raise more than 12, or to breed them or sell them. Coturnix don't need a permit here.
 
ANY QUAIL BUT BUTTONS... AND CHECK ON PERMITTING FOR ALL GAMEBIRD SPECES IN ALL STATES... SOME OF THEM GET QUITE CRAZY
