Actually, cayenne pepper has a reputation for making egg yolks more orange.

As a dye, orange yolks should indicate the nutrition of the egg but there's no change in nutrition if it's dyed.

This is why I'm not super concerned about it. I find that foraging leads to darker yolks without use of supplements.
