Good wireless printer for photos?

We need a new printer - has to be wireless for my husband to use but I want to upgrade to one that will print photographs well and can use notecard stock. I prefer NOT to spend $400! Any recommendations? I looked at Consumer Reports but it's a bit boggling so far. Thanks!

HP Photosmart C4795 it's is also a scanner. Photo quality is excellent. Ours is 2 years old, got it on sell at Best Buy for $40. You can also get more than a handful of prints out of an ink cartridge.
