So normally we have no neighbors around but for Labor day weekend some people came up to stay at there up north home. Wasnt a problem they were quiet and considerate I even gave them a few doozen eggs on the house because it seemed like the neighborly thing to do. Everything was fine until
someone showed up with their dog. They let the dog run all over our yard, and later that day they came to our door and told us the dog was chasing something. After going outside I found the dog mangling one of my favorite chickens my only Polish and only rooster. Needless to say the chicken died. The neighbors hardly cared that their pet just killed my pet. It seems sadly silent without his constant crowing
