Darwin just left for his new home.
He was such a beautiful and funny little boy, and I hope he can have a great life in his new home. He will be in quarantine for a bit before he'll be integrated into a mixed flock. He will be a family pet!

It wasn't 100% that they would adopt him, that's why they visited today to see him. But then, he was super sweet and fell asleep in her arms. So charming...

So Pippin hatched 3 polish chicks in June. Two (darwin and clover) were boys and the only girl, my baby Basil, died in August.
