Thanks for your response! We ended up taking him to the vet this morning. Hes on 2 medications now, one is a different antibiotic. She said its possible it couldve been sepsis, but the meds should resolve it.

Yes!! Should be on the mend for good this time. Today he was already ahowing signs of improvement. More alert, eating more, making more noises. The vet said hes a tad underweight... He has eaten less for a couple days. He weighed in at 3.30 lbs, hes 2 months old though, still a baby.
Poor guy doesn’t look like he likes the vet office much!
He didn't, but luckily they said he was the most well behaved goose theyve had!! Didn't give us much trouble on the trip, either.
