Goose Breed/ Sex

I have an all white goose with blue eyes. I don't know what breed or sex it is, it'll honk and mumble, but i have never heard it shriek before. It is in a flock with 5 muscovies, and will alert us to anyone strange walking up, especially men. if anyone could help me, i would be grateful.

There are a few breeds that are white with blue eyes. You may try looking at Metzer Farms website. It has pictures and descriptions of most of the white breeds.
