How to create a incubator machine for goose eggs?

I read in Google goose eggs needs :
10 day - 25 day, one time per day down temperature 30C and sprey eggs with water ( water temperature 20C / 25C )
Is that correct?

How to spray eggs automatically?

You can use a mister to spray the eggs, theres tons of DIY incubators on here, as for lowering the temp, i dont think its a good idea.
