First of all I am new at incubating. Well fairly new this season. I hatched a few chicks last weekend. But, my problem is I have the goose eggs in a little giant still air incubator 4200. The temperature keeps fluctuating. And I thought it was holding steady at 99 but, I went and readjusted my external thermometer probe and it read 106. Technically today should be the first day of hatch if everything goes well. But, I am concerned about this temperature. I turned it down I opened the bator to let some of the heat out. And as of yesterday I had egg movement. But, I am really concerned. So How can I tell if everything is ok?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Well I did the most simplest thing I could think to do. So I pulled the lid off and than gently tapped on each egg with the probe to the thermometer. Got a wiggle or two from a couple of the eggs

. Hoping this is a good sign.
