My goose enclosure has the basics of food, water and shelter and not much else... i've piled in a few sticks for them to play with and they havent bothered with the wiffle balls or bird toys i've hooked up in there.

I'm concerned they're bored and i'd like to make sure my guys mental health is taken care of just as much as their physical.

Any ideas welcome on how i can enrich them and stimulate them???

Fodder! Mine LOVE fodder.
You can also put corn on the bottom of their water bucket, or pick fresh grass and put it their water bucket. They love "fishing" stuff out of water.

Ahh, i'll maybe try the corn idea out...What kind? Sweetcorn? Corn on the cob? I didn't think that would keep them entertained for too long but worth a shot!

I just use whole or cracked corn.

Yep the food ideas are golden. My geese LOVE to pick at things, anything. They were so curious as gosling's, picking at the thermometer, food dish, anything. A small soft stuffed animal is always nice, mine liked to cuddle with them. I also would sit with them and they like to pick at my shoelaces, buttons, polka dots, hat visor. But these things were always under supervision so they wouldn't ingest or choke on them. I've tried the wiffle ball idea too, but they pretty much ignored it.
They love cabbage leaves, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers. It's a lot of work for them to pick away at those things so it gave them some busy work.
