Hi there, have a look at theses pictures, two eggs, can you advise what it's going on? Thanks Lisa. Eggs at three weeks

How can you tell that?
At this stage the eggs would be almost entirely dark because the embryos would fill up most of the egg. You would be able to see the babies moving and healthy veins close to the air sac. It looks like the eggs died sometime around day 12. Neither eggs have any active veins in them and you can see the blood has pooled in clots inside the eggs.

What would have caused this? Could it be anything to do with incubator settings? Or anything like that?

It's possible. A temperature spike or drop could have been the cause. Are you using an incubator? If so, what model? Did you have a separate calibrated thermometer/hygrometer? It's also possible that there was a problem with the eggs themselves. If they were old, shipped, or improperly stores prior to incubating they can sometimes die halfway through incubation.
