Goose in EGG PEEPING LIKE CRAZY! Do I help it? NEVERMIND!

It's day 31 and one of my babies pipped its shell yesterday morning. As of this morning, it hasn't made any progress and is peeping like crazy. Should I help it? If so, how? Thanks!
